ALDS focuses mainly on rights of Labour.It belives in equitable development through social and economic well being of Labour, migrants and women workers.
ALDS strives for the society where workers are aware,self reliant and live in dignity.
ALDS aims to support organisation of workers and their families to raise their awareness about Labour and civil rights to enable them to access such rights and to support them in creating a dynamic and dignified society where housing, environment, health, culture, gender equality, migrant welfare and education for working class communities.
